Tourism is a key economic driver in rural Newfoundland and Labrador. The Perchance Sustainability Project was developed to determine the sustainability of Perchance and demonstrates the benefits Perchance Theatre brings to the economic sustainability of its rural context: the Legendary Coasts region. In particular, the Project identifies the contribution of Perchance to experiential tourism in the region and the province.

Research team: Dr. Sharon Taylor, Victoria Balsom, Danielle Irvine, Zoe Balsom, Michelle O'Connell and Meaghan McConnell.
